Vi utforsker Mangfold og Inkludering i perspektiv av å skape konkurransefortrinn for virksomheter. Selv om det diskuteres mangfoldsstrategier fra et samfunnsperspektiv, skapes det virkelige mangfoldet på mikronivå; rundt lunsjbordet, middagsbordet og i styrerommene. Sammen med bedrifter, først og fremst i Norge, skal vi dele erfaringer og diskutere hvordan de lykkes med mangfold som en del av sin strategi – på tvers av MENNESKER, MERKEVARER og PARTNERE.

We explore topics on Diversity and Inclusion to create competitive advantage. While society may discuss overall strategies, real diversity is created around the lunch table, the dinner table and in the boardrooms - at micro level. Here companies in Norway share experience on how they succeed with diversity as part of their strategi - across PEOPLE, BRANDS and PARTNERS. Podcasts will mostly be held in Norwegian, but a few selected will be in English.
